Successes in negotiating win-win compromises, developing teambuilding programs/events, and writing personnel manuals, corporate policies, and management reports.
Takes special pride in event planning and feels lucky that she has met so many wonderful employees in her career. Loves getting involved with special projects that take her outside of HR and into the “tech world”, although not sure the tech folks feel about that.
