Michelle has 30+ years in HR Managerial and generalist ‘hire to retire’ employee experiences including recruitment and retention, payroll, individual and facility clearance tasks, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and orientation engagement, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance.

Successes in negotiating win-win compromises, developing teambuilding programs/events, and writing personnel manuals, corporate policies, and management reports.

Takes special pride in event planning and feels lucky that she has met so many wonderful employees in her career.  Loves getting involved with special projects that take her outside of HR and into the “tech world”, although not sure the tech folks feel about that.
